Privacy Policy

To fulfil an order we collect only what delivery requires: the Discord server invite you provide, the products ordered, and the cryptocurrency transaction ID that confirms payment.

If you contact support we also see the Discord or Telegram handle you message us from.

We never ask for your Discord password, email, or account credentials. Payments are made in cryptocurrency, so no card numbers or bank details ever touch our systems.

Order data is used to deliver your purchase, honour the replacement warranty, and resolve support tickets. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Payments are processed by third-party cryptocurrency payment providers, which see the transaction on their own terms. Delivery interacts with Discord’s platform; your server’s existing Discord privacy settings continue to apply.

The site uses only what is technically necessary to function. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Order records are kept for the length of the product’s warranty window plus a reasonable accounting period, then deleted.

You can ask what we hold about an order, or ask for it to be deleted after the warranty period, by opening a ticket through the Discord or Telegram support channels linked in the footer.
